Welcome to Filetti Fitness. I'm Rhonda Filetti. As your personal trainer, my goal is to get you in shape. Whether you're planning a cross-country bike ride next year, or haven't put on your sneakers since you were 10, I will be your fitness confidant, instructor, and ally, committed to making your health goals my highest priority.
I am a career personal trainer with years of experience. As a result, I have strong expertise in teaching my clients how to make their exercise routine moderate, appropriate, consistent, and uncomplicated. We can meet at your home, the gym, or outdoors. I can teach you proper technique for a variety of activities, and help you address other issues, such as nutrition, weight loss, and specific health concerns.

When you train with me, we become a team and I really get involved. I don't just hand you a standardized workout and say, "See ya next week." We can have as much interaction via phone or email between our in-person sessions as you want. I'm truly dedicated to your progress, and will provide honest feedback, hold you accountable, and celebrate your successes. And chances are, we'll become friends along the way.
