Types of Training: In Home | At The Gym | Outdoors
A gym membership provides access to a variety of equipment that can support your fitness goals. I will design a structured program and help you learn proper techniques to use the equipment. As you learn, your confidence will grow until you are ready to navigate on your own. At the gym we can also get you ready to hit the slopes in the winter or improve your golf game in the summer by focusing on leg strength and balance.
I often work with clients at my gym, the Flatiron Athletic Club. You do not need a membership to work with me there, and we can build a plan that you can apply where you have a membership.
